This page explains how to request deletion of your personal data from Plonk.

Important: Deleting your account is permanent and cannot be undone. All game progress, scores, and constellation unlocks will be permanently removed.

What Data Will Be Deleted?

When you request deletion, we will permanently remove:

  • Your account profile (name, email, Google user ID)
  • All game progress and scores
  • Constellation unlock status
  • Energy, powerups, and in-game currency
  • Weekly leaderboard entries
  • Cloud save data

How to Request Deletion

Send an Email Request

Send an email to [email protected] with:

  1. Subject: "Delete my Plonk account"
  2. Include: The Google email address linked to your Plonk account

We will process your request within 30 days.

Revoke Google Access

You can also revoke Plonk's access to your Google account:

  1. Go to Google Account Permissions
  2. Find "Plonk" in the list
  3. Click "Remove Access"
  4. Then email us at [email protected] to confirm full data deletion

What Is Retained After Deletion?

In limited cases we may retain anonymised data:

  • Legal compliance: If required by law
  • Aggregated statistics: Anonymous, non-identifiable game metrics
  • Backups: Data in backup systems is purged within 90 days

  1. Emne: "Slett Plonk-kontoen min"
  2. Inkluder: Google-e-postadressen knyttet til Plonk-kontoen din

Vi behandler forespørselen din innen 30 dager.

Trekk tilbake Google-tilgang

Du kan også trekke tilbake Plonks tilgang til Google-kontoen din:

  1. Gå til Google-kontotillatelser
  2. Finn "Plonk" i listen
  3. Trykk "Fjern tilgang"
  4. Send deretter e-post til [email protected] for å bekrefte full sletting

Hva beholdes etter sletting?

I begrensede tilfeller kan vi beholde anonymisert data:

  • Juridisk etterlevelse: Dersom loven krever det
  • Aggregert statistikk: Anonym, ikke-identifiserbar spillstatistikk
